TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility: Membership in the OM SAMBANDH (“Program”) is voluntary and open to individuals who are 18 years or older and verified residents of India. Only individuals may enroll. Enrollment is not permitted for entities such as companies, partnership firms, trusts, HUFs, or NRIs. Minors may enroll through natural guardians.
  2. Enrollment Process: Members must provide their registered 10-digit mobile number to the cashier before billing. Points will be credited only when this information is provided. 
  3. Membership Term: Membership remains active for 36 months from the date of the last transaction. Members must re-enroll if returning after 36 months.
  4. Transferability: Program membership is non-transferable. Points registered on the mobile number are also non-transferable. 
  5. Earning Points: Reward points will be awarded based on the net invoice value (gross value + GST amount) and their membership level. If a customer redeems their existing reward points during the time of purchase, they will earn points on the net invoice value after redeeming Om Sambandh Loyalty Points.
  6. Valuation: The value of one (1) reward point is equal to one (1) Rupee. Reward points cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  7. Credit Timeframe: Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within three (3) days from the invoice date.
  8. Points Redemption: 
    1. The name on the invoice must match the registered name in the Loyalty Program for earning and redeeming points.
    2. Redeeming points requires a One Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to the registered mobile number during billing. Members must carry their phone with the registered mobile number to redeem points.
    3. Points can be redeemed only at Om Jewellers store branches and De Beers ForeverMark Stores operated by Om Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. 
    4. Points will be issued automatically upon making a purchase. The allotment and redemption of points are at the sole discretion of Om Jewellers.
    5. Relatives or friends of members are not authorized to redeem reward points on behalf of members.
  9. Validity Period: Reward Points and Tiers are valid for 24 months from the last transaction date. Unredeemed points will lapse after 24 months.
  10. Non-Clubbed Benefits: The Om Sambandh Loyalty Program benefits cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Reward points will not be awarded in the following cases:
  • Special offers, promotions, or items excluded by management.
  1. Return/Exchange Policy: Reward points once redeemed can only be re-credited in case of product return or exchange, where points will be reversed to the member’s account. No cash refunds will be given for purchases made with redeemed points.
  2. External Benefits: Some benefits may be provided by third parties. Om Jewellers is not liable for any loss or damage from these external benefits.
  3. Data Management: Members consent to Om Jewellers maintaining and sharing their data with affiliates and agencies for member services, and with government authorities as it is legally required.
  4. Membership Discretion: Membership issuance is at the discretion of Om Jewellers management, whose decision on all membership matters is final.
  5. Program Modifications: Management reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify the terms and conditions, reward structure, or discontinue the Om Sambandh Loyalty Program at any time.
  6. Company Liability: The Company’s liability under the Om Sambandh Loyalty Programme is limited to the points available in the member’s account. No other warranties or assurances are provided.
  7. Jurisdiction: Disputes are subject to the Courts in Mumbai jurisdiction only.
